The quintessential village fete not to be missed this summer is on Saturday 21 June in Harringworth in the grounds of the Manor House. This popular annual event in this pretty Welland Valley conservation village attracts visitors from a wide area.
The Gretton Silver Band has been booked for the Fete and Home-Made Afternoon Teas, Pimms, Ice Cream and a BBQ and will ensure that there is something for all the family.
Visitors can also take part in the Tombola, Raffle, a variety of games and activities including Spin and Win, Coconut Shy, Treasure Hunt and White Elephant and can purchase from a variety of stalls including Garden Plants, Cakes and Books.
In addition there is a Car Boot sale in the field opposite the Fete on Seaton Road from 2 .00pm– 4.00pm with set up from 1.00pm. Bookings for a Plot can be made with Roy on 01572 747 431 or email: email@example.com
