You are invited to the Harringworth Christmas Bazaar on 29 November from 10.30 – 13.30. Held in the majestic setting of St John the Baptist Church, the Bazaar features a range of local traders selling carefully selected gift ideas alongside the ‘Made in Harringworth’ produce, preserves and craft and not forgetting the famous Harringworth Hampers with draw tickets available ahead of the day.
The Hexacopter recently seen ‘buzzing’ above Harringworth has taken quality aerial photographs of the village and famous viaduct and replicated a series of photographs of Harringworth from the 1980’s for comparison. Come along to the Bazaar to see the Hexacopter, learn about its technology and find out how to order a photograph.
Following the popularity of the Wreaths and Christmas Flowers last year ‘Florals by Julia Dilworth’ will be selling seasonal arrangements on the day and taking orders for delivery in the local area Christmas Week.
Amongst the mix of stalls there will be the ‘Made in Harringworth’ theme with Potted Spring Bulbs, Notelets from the recent Open Gardens, locally made Cakes, Jams and Chutneys and much more. After browsing the stalls you can relax with a nice cup of tea and mince pies; the cost being included in the entrance ticket (£1.50), with children under 12 free.
Proceeds from the Christmas Bazaar go towards the Harringworth Appeals Fund.
