Penny’s classes are in Laxton Village Hall on Mondays (10.30am to 11.45am). The yoga is aimed at boosting individual flexibility, strength and balance and Penny is an experienced tutor who blends challenges with gentle practice. Yoga can also help to reduce levels of stress and blood pressure through breathing practices and relaxation, boosting a sense of wellbeing.
All levels, ages and abilities are catered for and additional needs supported.
Welcome session £5.00 with drop in options or discounted session pass. 1-1 , small groups and other village locations are also on offer.
