Ride and Stride: Sponsored Bike Ride for Northamptonshire Historic Churches Trust on Saturday 14th September 2019
Do you want an excuse to go for a bike ride, a walk or a horse ride?
Why not help out your local church building and raise funds as you go? Plan your route to include the lovely St John the Baptist Church in Harringworth (NN17 3AF) where you will be made most welcome.
All you need to do is…
- Get a few sponsors and a sponsor form.
- Choose a route and visit as many churches in your area as you like.
- Get your form signed at each one. (10am-6pm)
Most churches will offer refreshments to those taking part!
Half the money you raise will go to help your chosen church building and half goes to the Northamptonshire Historic Churches Trust. This helps provide grants for repairs and restoration for churches in the county.
